Bill Palladino – Board President, Traverse City, MI.  Bill Palladino has lived in northern Michigan since 1990. He is the CEO of Local Difference, LLC, a local food marketing company. In northern Michigan, the nonprofit and business communities know Bill for his long years of service as consultant and advisor. He has served on many nonprofit boards, and currently is co-chair of the Northwest Michigan Food and Farming Network, is facility manager of the Grand Traverse Food Innovation Hub, and acts as a member of the Michigan Good Food Charter Steering Committee. He believes that the arts play a critical and often overlooked role in the cultural and economic viability of communities.


Samir Moubarek – Board Vice President, Traverse City, MI.  Mr. Moubarek is a community activist and is passionate about disability rights and advocacy. He is a member of the Disability Network Advocacy Council and has served as co-chair of the RIC through Michigan Disability Rights Coalition. As an artist with cerebral palsy, he has advocated for inclusion in the arts in schools, recreational facilities, and performance venues.


Kimberly Bazemore – Board Treasurer, Traverse City, MI. Ms. Bazemore is a self employed metal smith. She owned a gallery show casing 15 local artists including her own jewelry. Currently she serves on the Downtown Traverse City Association's board as Treasurer, volunteer instructs Special Olympians snow boarding and has previously been a volunteer instructor on the Inland Seas schooner and a coach for Girls on the Run.


Lynn Geiger – Board Secretary, Traverse City, MI.  Ms. Geiger is a writer for two publications based in Traverse City – the Traverse City Business News, a monthly publication covering the local business community, and The Ticker, a daily digital news source. She has spent nearly 20 years in the media industry, several in leadership positions. She also has a background working with  children and adults with disabilities, as well as volunteering for programs serving the senior population.


Joshua Davis, Board Member, Traverse City, MI.  Mr. Davis is a musician and songwriter. He has gained recognition as a successful guitar and songwriting instructor and folk historian. Mr. Davis held a private studio at Michigan State University’s acclaimed Community Music School for a number of years before moving to the Traverse City two years ago. He is active in community social justice efforts, most recently as a music ambassador to Palestine and continues to work in music education/outreach for youth in underserved communities.
